What are your prices?

 

Prices are dependent on the services rendered. There is a 1-hour minimum.

 

 

Can I place a same day booking?

 

Yes most certainly if there is still availability in our working diary

Can I request a service that isn’t listed?

 

Yes, please feel free to contact us regarding any service that you may need. While we may not be able to provide the service, we might be able to point you toward someone that can.

What are your payment terms?

 

Full payment is due upon completion of service. Some deposits and upfront costs may be required depending on the service.

How far in advance should I schedule my services?

​

Errand on Demand request 24-hour advance notice prior to your need for service, but try to accommodate any and all requests.

What form of payments do you accept?

​

We accept cash, cheques, (Bacs payments, PayPal, Credit/Debit cards soon to be available on-line). Cancelled or returned cheques will incur a minimum free of £12.00

When does the billing time start?

​

Time is billed when the service begins and ends upon completion of task(s) and/or delivery.  The first 10 miles is free of charge thereafter, it is chargeable at £0.45 per mile.

What is your cancellation policy?

Most cancellations require a minimum of 24 hours advance notice to avoid a cancellation fee

​

How do you deal with merchandise returns and exchanges?

 

If we made an error on your purchases, we will return or exchange your purchase at no charge.

If you made the purchases on your own, we will charge you accordingly for your return or exchange.
